Documents will not be posted on any network computer or broadcast in any media, and no modifications of any Documents are permitted. The Model acknowledges and agrees that the Website Owner may use and exploit the Photographs in any manner, without restriction of any kind, and without the necessity of acknowledging the Models identity, or by identifying him/her other than with his/her real name. The Model hereby releases and holds the Website Owner harmless from and against all claims, suits, threats, demands, liabilities, actions and causes of action, in any way related to the Photographs or the Website Owners use and exploitation of the Photographs, including but not limited to actions based upon invasion of privacy, violation of moral rights, defamation, false light, and all other potential legal theories of any nature or type, under and state, federal or local common law, statutory law, rule, regulation or court order, whether now known and available or whether later developed, discovered or created.

Password & Security

If any of the Services requires User to open an account, User must complete the registration process by providing Skill Register with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. User also will choose a password and a user name. User is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Users password and account. Furthermore, User is entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under Users account. User agrees to notify Skill Register immediately of any unauthorized use of Users account or any other breach of security. Skill Register will not be liable for any loss that User may incur as a result of someone else using Users password or account, either with or without Users knowledge. However, User could be held liable for losses incurred by Skill Register or another party due to someone else using Users account or password. Skill register has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Skill Register reserves the right to review materials posted to the Communication Services and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Skill Register reserves the right to terminate Users access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever. Publish, post, upload or distribute any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.Upload, or otherwise make available, files that contain images, photographs, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws. Use any material or information, including images or photographs, which are made available through the website in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party. Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or property of another.Violate any applicable laws or regulations. Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others. Use Myskillregister.com.au services in connection with surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any unsolicited messages.

Termination

Either Skill Register or User may terminate this Agreement at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, Skill register shall have the right to immediately terminate User's Account in the event of any conduct by Users which Skill register, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by User of this Agreement.
